Holiday apartment with terrace close to the beach

This apartment enjoys a very central location, only about 200 m from the town centre and 500 m away from the beach.

The apartment boasts a 140m² inner courtyard with a solar shower and comfortable garden furniture. Here, you can enjoy the hot summer days and mild summer nights.

The 85m² apartment is on the ground floor and features a beautiful living room with flatscreen tv (HD-DVD and satellite dish), and a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher. Tableware is also available. Plenty of sleeping space is available, also good for families: one bedroom is furnished with a single bed, the second bedroom has two single beds, and a third bedroom has a double bed. Bed linen and towels are of course provided. All rooms enjoy air conditioning and are furnished with HD-TV. One bathroom has a shower and a second bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The rooms are bright, modern and designed to offer comfort for a memorable holiday.

You can also visit the Aquapolis water park, with its great water slides a must-go for adults and children alike, which you find 2km away from your accommodation. There is a golf course in Villamartin, fourteen km away. The region is known for the “Salinas” salt lakes with their mineral-rich salts that are proven to have therapeutic effects, harmonising your body and soul. Eucalyptus and pine trees contribute to the healthy climate which is beneficial for sufferers of allergies, asthma and bronchitis. The nearest airport is 30km away in San Javier and the region’s main airport in Alicante is 42 km away.

The beach is only 500 metres away and has easy access for prams and buggies. One km away you find another beach, called "Playa del Cura". The town centre and many restaurants are also only 200 metres away. Taking a walk along the 5km long beach promenade is a must-do activity. Indulge yourself to an evening meal in one of the fish restaurants at the port, where you can enjoy the stunning sea views. If you feel like exploring the surrounding area we recommend visiting the Centro Commercial Zenia Boulevard, which was opened in 2011 and is only nine km away. Here, you will find a very large shopping centre with various attractions for children and a variety of eateries and restaurants.
