This beautiful country house is located in the surroundings of Granel (which takes its name from "granary"), a mainly farming and breeding area. In 10 minutes you reach the 1 km long black sandy beach of "Nogales", which invites you to swim and sunbathe. The villa has been skilfully renovated with great care. All ceilings are wooden and the cozy living room has a large tiled stove. There are also old boxes of tea wood (Canary pine) and built-in traditional wall cupboards. From the large outdoor terrace one has a magnificent view of the sea and the mountains. A barbecue is also available. Guests have access to a pool 6.10 x 3,30 m large and 0,65 m to 1,40 m deep. Pets are not allowed.
