There is a large through-lounge with sofas, dining room table plus a double breakfast bar. The brand new kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge/freezer, oven, hob, double sink, microwave oven, and washing machine. It has a private patio at the back overlooking the tennis courts. Small balconies lead from each bedroom. This accommodation also comes with a brand new, silent air conditioning in every room. There is an orange tree in the front garden producing very tasty fruit.
There is a large supermarket (with a carpark), a coffee bar, and a bank at the entrance to the Bel Air urbanisation. Bel Air is situated at 15 minutes from Estepona, 20 minutes from the world famous port of Puerto Banus and only 45 minutes from Malaga Airport.
