Modern studio with a terrace, in rural surroundings, an ideal starting point for trips around Lake Constance

The studio apartment is located amidst meadows, forests, fruit plantations and lakes in Unterreitnau.

The private outdoor area comprises a sunny terrace and a roofed sitting area with a grill, a small charcoal kettle barbecue. With the sun loungers you can relax in the sun or under the trees. There is a roofed bicycle storage space with a charging station for e-bikes, as well as a parking space by the house. The apartment has its own separate entrance. It offers space amidst nature and you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Please note that no pets are allowed and that it is a non-smoking apartment. Smoking is only permitted outdoors. If you would like towels, please indicate this when booking.

The modern holiday apartment for two people measures around 50m². Owing to the large window front south-facing to the garden, the apartment is light and flooded with daylight throughout the day. It has a combined living room and bedroom with oak parquet. In addition to a comfortable double bed there is a sofa, a swivel flat screen TV and a comfortable wooden dining table with four chairs. The open kitchen unit is integrated into the same room and is fully equipped with a Senseo coffee machine, stove, oven, toaster, kettle and a fridge with freezer. The newly modernized bathroom has a shower and WC. In an additional storage room you can for example store your suitcases. Sat TV and free Wifi are available.

The apartment is a central starting point for trips on foot, by bicycle, by motorbike or by car. The bus stop for the town bus with half-hourly connections to Lindau/island is a minute away. There are outdoor pools nearby, e.g. Oberreitnau 2km, Wasserburg 5km, as well as lakes such as Lake Constance 5km away and Degersee 4km away. The neighbouring town of Oberreitnau (2km) has a bakery, bank, grocery market, four restaurants, a pharmacy, GP, dentist, hairdresser, tennis courts, children’s playgrounds and a heated outdoor pool. There are many trip options, such as the town of Lindau, the town of Bregenz (lakeside performances), the Lake Constance cycle path, Mainau Island, Salem Castle, the buildings on stilts in Unteruldingen, the Inatura (Dornbirn nature show), Ravensburg (Ravensburger games world), or the Zeppelin Museum in Friedrichshafen.

    “Ein gelungener Urlaub ohne Pleiten,Pech und Pannen…. Positiv: Eine nette kleine Ferienwohnung mit allem was dazugehört,schöner Garten mit Terrasse und ausreichendem Inventar für den täglichen Bedarf…. Negativ: Man darf nicht besonders geräuschempfindlich sein(Kirchturmglocke,Verkehr auf der vorderen Seite des Grundstücks am frühen Morgen….) Restaurant: Gasthof Adler in Oberreitnau - Liegt 2 km von Unterreitnau entfernt,wo unsere Ferienwohnung lag”
