Exit to the garden. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 190 cm). Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, grill) with dining table. Bath/WC. Oil heating, air-conditioning, boiler (100 litres). Upper floor: 3 rooms, each room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 190 cm). 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed (150 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm). Bath/WC, hydro massage bath with corner bath. Oil heating, air-conditioning. 2nd upper floor: (steep stair) gallery. Large patio. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (10). Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (fenced 2 cars). 1 pet/ dog allowed. In the living room there is a pool table. VTAR/CO/00348

Villa "El Balcon", built in 2000. Outside the resort, 3 km from the centre of Baena, in a sunny position on top of a hill. Private: property 2'000 m2 (fenced), beautiful, well-kept garden 100 m2, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 150 - 200 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Oct.). Shower/WC in the pool area, tennis, floodlit, table tennis. In the house: billiard table, table football, central heating system, air conditioning. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking (for 5 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, grocery 3 km, restaurant 2.5 km. Golf course 70 km. Please note: no lift. The owner does not accept any groups. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The tap water has no drinking water quality. There is a large terrace in the garden with sunshade and bar area with barbecue, sink and minibar. Music system in the garden. The swimmingpool cleaning is done with an UV rays system. Table tennis table. Table tennis/tennis racquets and balls as well as 3 bikes (2 adult, 1 children's) available to guests. Magnificent panoramic views of the town of Baena. There is an access road to another house at the entrance of the property.

    “God cost/benefitværdi. God beliggenhed højt i det nordlige Andalusien. Godt hus med mange beskæftigelsesmuligheder. Især flot og stor swimmingpool. Indendørs trappe trænger til at blive stabiliseret. Køkkenet trænger til en opdatering. Alt i alt er det et godt sted at tilbringe 14 dage. God afstand til spændende byer.”
