This recently built house at the reservoir of Iznájar has been furnished with new quality furniture. One can have a magnificent view of the fifth largest lake in Spain and the mountain in the background, from the spacious living room and from the bedroom, as well. The outdoor pool is surrounded by a large terrace with Barbecue and is decorated with a well-maintained garden of flowers and fruit trees. The estate is equipped with fitness equipment. In the vicinity, you will find a nice restaurant, a beach with sand and a lush of pine forest. The lake near the house has a small yacht club, where one can rent canoes and a small sail boat and can also have other recreational activities such as horse riding.

    “This property was potentially lovely but had quite a few niggles - mainly regarding cleanliness which could be easily addressed.
    The main en-suite bedroom had no bedding, only a thin cover - we found the bedding stuffed in the bottom of the wardrobe. The towels although washed were a bit stained. No-one came in the 2 weeks we were there to change towels or bedding so we washed our own - but the washing machine filter was dirty and clogged so had to be cleaned before use. The dishwasher filter was also dirty and had broken glass in it. There were also only 4 loungers between 8 people but when we complained the owner did buy 2 more for us. Crockery and cutlery also a bit sparse for 8 people.
    On the bright side, the house itself was great, with a lovely raised dining area and lemon and pomegranate trees in the gardens. The pool was immaculate and was cleaned twice while we were there and the setting was lovely, with a nice lakeside bar with good food on our doorstep. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and were very happy there.”
