Villa Sa Comuna Can Sordo uniquely combines the chic interior design of a townhouse with the charm of the countryside. The white building with grey shutters cleverly contrasts with the typical sandstone house design. There is space for your car in the courtyard. Anyone entering the spacious property will quickly realise: This property combines urban style with idyllic rural vegetation to create a refreshing summer cocktail. The wicker chairs or daybed on the terrace invite you to relax, while the awning allows you to make yourself comfortable in the shade during the day. Trees line the spacious property, which together with the cacti, pebbles and lawn create a varied space where you can immediately feel at home on holiday. The real highlight is the beautiful detached apartment at the end of a garden path leading from the main house, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is therefore perfect for grandma and grandad, a good friend, your grown-up children or another couple. Thanks to its location, the villa cannot be seen from any angle.

Tile colours create an urban look without appearing cold. The living/dining area has an open and inviting design. The modern kitchen offers excellent opportunities to cook together or surprise someone with a hearty breakfast. You also have everything you need for a cosy evening in front of the TV: wing chairs and lovely little details complete the picture. The two modern bathrooms feature lots of glass and warm natural stone as well as elegant white colours. The main house also has two bedrooms with double beds. The south of the island is known for its beautiful rural character and is just waiting to be discovered by you. The small town of Campos with its restaurants and supermarkets is just as enticing as the incredible beach of Es Trenc, ideal for the perfect holiday photo. The white sand and the large dunes are unique on the island. A golf course is approx. 20 km from the villa, and sightseeing tours are also possible. The modern villa Sa Comuna Can Sordo with lots of white and a separate flat is located on the quiet stretch of land between the small town of Campos and the south coast of the island. The villa has a large garden and is an oasis of relaxation. The incredible Es Trenc beach, known throughout the island for its Caribbean flair, is only 15 minutes away by car. Campos is 3 km away, where you can do your daily shopping.
