Holidaymakers should look out for this property if they value a modern, well-maintained holiday home and love unobstructed sea views. Covering an incredible 355,500 square metres, Villa Can Tem stands out from the landscape like a small, magnificent estate. The plot close to the house has lawns and terraced areas and is lined with young Mediterranean vegetation, allowing uninterrupted views of the surrounding countryside and the sea beyond. In the centre of the garden is the elegant pool, which has very convenient stepped access and a spacious sun terrace next to it. You can laze in the sun on the comfortable sun loungers and enjoy the dreamlike setting of this holiday villa. If the sun is too strong, there are three parasols to protect you. You can also enjoy the breezy shade of the large veranda, which is located three steps above the pool: With its yellow-painted façade, it looks extremely cheerful and inviting. Here you can enjoy a convivial dinner at the large dining table while savouring the magnificent view or relax in style in the ultra-modern lounge. A great space for an elegant start and end to the day: in the evening, for example, you can organise a culinary barbecue. The extension of the veranda offers further partially shaded areas where you can get together in small groups or stay alone as you wish. You can also sit under the olive trees near the two outbuildings and perhaps read a good book. There are many ways to find your own personal favourite spot.

Inside the house, you will find a spacious living room decorated with bright colours and unusual, unique elements. On the walls you will find all kinds of remarkable art prints and discover many other details. The combined living/dining room offers a huge sofa corner where you can sit comfortably at any time of day on the cosy seating furniture. The flat-screen TV is also conveniently positioned here. In the centre of the room is a large dining table with original-style chairs that seats eight people. The spacious kitchen looks stylish and is equipped with a large fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and much more. There is also enough space for an additional dining table that can be used by six people. The air-conditioned bedroom invites you to relax and unwind. With no superfluous frills, these rooms surprise with their brightness and many shades of white, combined with contrasting artistic accents. For a cosy rest, guests have a total of one bed measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and ten beds measuring 0.90 x 2.00 m at their disposal. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a guest WC, while the first floor has five bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom and two further separate bathrooms. The tasteful design of the bedrooms also comes into its own in the bathrooms. These are characterised by their very comfortable, spacious and ultra-modern style. Two baby cots and high chairs are available if required.

Porto Cristo offers a beautiful beach with shallow access to the sea and a lovely promenade. There you will also find numerous large supermarkets, some of which are also open on Sundays and public holidays. Here you will find everything you need for your daily needs. The many beaches around the harbour town are also highly recommended.

The ultra-modern and friendly Villa Can Tem is located just a few kilometres from the sea on the east side of the island, not far from Porto Cristo. The convenient location makes daily shopping easy. There is a weekly market in Manacor every Monday. The beautiful beaches on the east coast can be reached quickly by car.
