Unlike other villas that you find in a residential complex, this dream home is much more private and less urban. The beautiful garden full of palm trees, cypresses, oleanders, cacti and lush Mediterranean vegetation is crowned by absolute privacy, as is the pool with its surrounding sun terrace. Where you set up your sun lounger is up to you - if it gets too warm, simply put up a parasol. There are wonderful places to relax - the round table with comfortable wicker chairs next to the brick barbecue awaits the cosy part of the evening. There is a daily happy hour in the covered chill-out lounge. It is furnished with wooden furniture in a colourful driftwood look. A touch of vintage paired with loving details gives the outdoor area a cool ambience (which also adorns the extraordinary interior). This can also be found on the veranda, where there is a dining area with a stone bench. All these places are so enchanting that it's hard to decide which is the best. As this villa is not child-friendly, only guests aged 16 and over are permitted.

It is essentially two residential units, which can of course be used in conjunction with each other. In addition to the excellent outdoor area, there is also a spacious roof terrace on the upper floor with lovely tables and sun loungers. The house itself looks rather modest from the outside due to the different levels, but six people can enjoy a living space of 310 m². This tasteful townhouse has been renovated with 100% love. As you enter the house, you are greeted by a style and charm that is rarely seen today. The ground floor consists of an extremely comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, which is located a few steps down in a vaulted cellar. The original style is reflected in a wonderfully rustic atmosphere and at the same time in high-quality furnishings with some timeless design classics such as the Eames lounge chair and ottoman. Cosiness on the light sofas around the fireplace and socialising at the long dining table in the vaulted kitchen are particularly important in the cooler months. While there is an extravagant bedroom with a four-poster bed and Roman-style bathroom with bathtub on the ground floor, there are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. Each of these two air-conditioned rooms with flat-screen TV pampers its guests with its own bathtub. The second kitchen is also accessible from the roof terrace. It is the attention to detail and the unusual decorative items that make this place something very special. The extraordinary Best Place To Be villa with its dreamlike garden and private pool is completely secluded and located in a well-kept villa neighbourhood. It is located in the quiet coastal village of Colònia de Sant Pere, which marks the northern edge of the bay of Alcúdia. The rather inconspicuous village is not a tourist magnet, but offers individual relaxation in harmony with nature. Supermarkets, the marina and the beautiful beaches on the bay are all within easy walking distance. Cap Formentor, the northernmost viewpoint in Mallorca, offers breathtaking natural panoramas. The background of the old fishing village is dominated by the peaks of the Llevant mountain range. Hikers and runners will find ideal sporting conditions in the nature reserve.
