Living in a typical Mallorcan village, being able to run everyday holiday errands on foot and yet enjoying a very private, extremely cosy realm - these and other wishes are easily fulfilled by the Can Font de Costitx townhouse. Outside, for example, it scores with a particularly tastefully designed garden, which offers an amazing, very inviting variety in a manageable size. Of course, the pool immediately catches the eye, which can be reached gently via a wide staircase and promises enjoyable refreshment on warm island days. Right next to the quaint, gnarled olive tree, comfortable sun loungers are waiting to be used extensively - don't forget your favourite drink! You can sit in the covered outdoor kitchen area or openly under the Mediterranean sky in the seating areas around the house and enjoy a hearty barbecue here and there in the evening to round off the day. There is also a pizza oven here! Meals together at a long table can be celebrated just around the corner, surrounded by natural stone, floor-to-ceiling windows and, of course, an unobstructed view of the garden. The absolute best place for socialising at any time of day!

But the interior of the house also has some of the most beautiful spaces. The traditional building has been carefully renovated with a great sense of aesthetics, natural stone walls have been partially preserved and combined with modern, beautifully designed furniture and subtle colours. Large windows let in plenty of light and brighten up the stonework. All kinds of art and unique decorative pieces set stylish accents that effectively emphasise the tasteful ambience. Another real eye-catcher is the ultra-modern entrance door, through which you can once again see the rustic brickwork outside. A large living/dining room, which is open to the fully equipped kitchen, offers comfortable sofas and a table for indoor dining. Unusually, there is an extra TV room with a huge sofa so relaxing film nights can be planned in advance. In this ground floor living area there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The four further bedrooms and a second bathroom are located on the upper floor. Hot/cold air conditioning makes living in this flat holiday home in Mallorca attractive and comfortable all year round.

The very lovingly and aesthetically renovated townhouse Can Font de Costitx is located in the centre of the village of Costitx, with excellent infrastructural connections: In the village you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants and a bakery all within walking distance Due to its location on the small road, it can be reached in a very short time. The central location of the property on the island makes it the ideal starting point for day trips or cycle tours.
