In a quiet, secluded location, surrounded by lush greenery and unspoilt nature, you will find a wonderful holiday home that you will immediately fall in love with. If you are looking for an authentic Mallorcan ambience, you have come to the right place, as the property is a lovingly renovated building dating back to 1850. This modern holiday home was originally used for agricultural purposes and has an enchanting and spacious garden. Only one thing awaits you here: pure relaxation. Stroll through the garden and savour the scent of lemons in the air, try one of the juicy olives or figs hanging from the trees and take a deep breath: It's holiday time! When the midday heat arrives, you can cool off in the private pool. Afterwards, all you have to do is relax with a good read on one of the comfortable sun loungers under the parasol. In the evening, the barbecue invites you to spend the day al fresco. When you enter the house via one of the terraces, you will immediately feel at home thanks to the charm and authenticity that permeates every room. Warm terracotta floors, golden-brown iroko wood, exposed brickwork made of quarry stones: This house has style. During the renovation, care was taken to use only exquisite furniture and furnishings in the house. It has a purist look, which perfectly matches the combination of white and cream tones and the honey-coloured wood that can be found throughout the house. You immediately want to stroke the tabletop of the large dining table made of beautiful wood to feel it. In the cosy living area, there is a huge open fireplace for cosy evenings in cooler temperatures. There is also a TV with German satellite reception. The kitchen is very cosy thanks to the slightly sloping roof. It has a dishwasher, a kettle and various coffee machines and everything the self-catering heart desires. The bedrooms are also decorated in soft pastel colours and each has its own bathroom. The finca is located in the centre of the island, just 30 km from the capital Palma. So central and yet in a dreamlike secluded location, it offers a wide range of leisure activities outside the beautiful property. Hiking enthusiasts in particular will be delighted, as the small holiday paradise is located below the striking Puig de Randa mountain, which rises above the Mallorcan lowlands and is somewhat reminiscent of Table Mountain in South Africa. On the ascent, you have the opportunity to visit three monasteries located at different heights. Once at the top, you will be rewarded with spectacular views as far as the Tramuntana mountains. Beaches such as Caló de Sant Antoni or Es Trenc can be easily reached by hire car in less than 30 km. The paradisiacal Villa Calmita is located in the middle of a spectacular landscape near the striking Puig de Randa mountain. The small town of Montuiri, which is around 6.4 km away, offers everything you need with bakeries, supermarkets and a wonderful market that offers a wide selection of fresh, local produce. The popular beaches Platja de Palma and Platja de Sa Rapita are around 19 km away, but several other beautiful bays such as Es Trenc are also easily accessible by hire car.
