This villa is like a breath of fresh air for the mind and soul. Perhaps it is the large eucalyptus tree in the garden, in the shade of which you can really take a deep breath on arrival and contemplate the special architecture of the house and the large grounds in peace? Shapes and colours have been played with here: The different parts of the building connect with each other, strive forwards and separate from each other. Pastel colours, bright white and natural stone reinforce this impression. The large main house dominates; the separate guest house with 90 m² of living space is only recognisable at second glance. Eucalipto is definitely everything but one thing: boring. You don't know whether to sit or lie down outside: on the bench with cushions, with the white wall behind you offering an interesting view; on the rattan seats overlooking the pool and the green hills; at the rustic table under that tree, preferably with a relaxing herbal tea; at the long dining table under the roof, while steaks, fish or vegetarian delicacies are on the barbecue; on the small natural stone terrace covered in lush greenery, where you can simply daydream or read a book; Or would you rather lie down on one of the many loungers by the pool? Shade or sun, the choice is really difficult (you can even decide whether to park your car in front of the house under the trees...). For a little refreshment, a dip in the outdoor shower or in the blue water of the pool is enough, but you can also proceed slowly step by step...

Cool design and special places to linger can also be found inside: On the ground floor of the main house there are several living areas, some with a wall sofa, some with a dining table, some with a white lounge corner for cosying up . Put your feet up in front of the fireplace in the stylish leather armchair: no problem. Floor-to-ceiling windows also create an outdoor feeling inside. Everything is bright, original and elegantly minimalist. Small steps provide a cosy interruption to the flowing space. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms with showers (one even has an additional bathtub) are also located on the ground floor, while the smallest room is perfect for two children or as a walk-in wardrobe. In the modern kitchen with gas hob and door to the outside, everything is well stored, nothing gets in the way; here you can work well together with many. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms, one of which is spacious and offers a breathtaking view from the double bed. This makes it hard to get up in the morning and get ready for the day in the bathroom ... In the main house, everything is geared towards colourful living and socialising; but those who want to be completely alone will find their own private oasis in the guest house for two: with the patio door open, you sleep almost as if you were sleeping outside; with a bathroom with shower and your own kitchenette, you sleep almost as if you were sleeping outside are completely independent. And yet you can be right in the middle of the action.

It's all so close: just 3 kilometres from Eucalipto, authentic Mallorca awaits you with the small hilltop gem of Artá surrounded by almond trees. Don't miss the chance to stroll through the town's illuminated alleyways in the evening. From the picturesque pilgrimage church of San Salvador, you have a unique view of the 25 kilometres of unobstructed coastline with its steep cliffs and beautiful bays. A walk through the Cuevas de Artá, the largest and most impressive stalactite cave in Mallorca, is a great way to cool off on hot days. Cala Ratjada, one of the island's most popular holiday resorts, also offers plenty of variety, from a beach promenade to cafés, nightclubs and beautiful beaches. Other worthwhile destinations: the Villa March (former residence of the founder of Banca March), the Far de Capdepera lighthouse or the impressive Castell de Capdepera fortress. There is also a 30 km long, mostly flat Via Verde cycle path between Manacor and Artà nearby. This former railway line offers picturesque views of the surrounding countryside with its sheep pastures, goats, donkeys and horses, not to mention the numerous almond, olive, orange and carob trees.

Very quiet, but not secluded - this extraordinary villa: Eucalipto is nestled in an almost Tuscan-style hilly landscape with several holiday homes. The picturesque town of Artá nearby offers everything you need and want on holiday. For those who like it more chic, Cala Ratjada with its harbour promenade, vibrant nightlife and exquisite fish restaurants is just a quarter of an hour away.
