L'appartamento molto grande e luminoso è situato in zona residenziale tranquilla immersa nella natura e a due passi dai sentieri escursionistici boschivi , il parco giochi e la bellissima piscina del paese.
Una piacevole passeggiata vi condurrà al centro storico del paesino medievale dove troverete caretteristici ristoranti e negozi .

La casa ben arredata e curata crea un atmosfera accogliente.
Avrete a disposizione 3 ampie camere da letto , due bagni un enorme ingresso che accede al soggiorno con salotto , camino e pianoforte e ad una cucina completamente attrezzata.
Due belle terrazze offrono vista sul giardino e sulle colline boscose dove potrete prendervi un caffè in pieno relax.

All'esterno troverete un ampio giardino alberato completamente recintato con ingresso posti auto a disposizione e spazi verdi a pratino.

Siamo a breve distanza dal Parco naturale della Valdorcia e dalle bellissime città d'arte Toscane come Siena Pienza e Montepulciano , dai laghi di Chiusi Montepulciano e Trasimeno .
