Lots of space and a large swimming pool on the doorstep, surrounded by neighbours, but still private and equipped with all the comforts you could wish for on holiday: this is Villa Marga de Cala d'Or. The holiday resort of Cala d'Or in the golden bay of the same name was designed by architect Josep Costa Ferrer in the early 1930s. He came from Ibiza and imported the typical architecture of the neighbouring island. The gleaming white, flat-roofed Marga is also reminiscent of this. The spacious house sits on a plot of over 1,000 m², which has been optimally utilised, as the focus here is on the beautiful curved, level pool surrounded by natural stone walls and the large paved terrace. This attracts with numerous seating areas and sun loungers not only for sun worshippers.

Please note: The fireplace is only available in December/January.
For the high season (May, June, July, August, August, September and October), a Balinese lounger will be available from May 2023.

The interior of your air-conditioned holiday home is inviting, bright and cosy. Large windows let in plenty of light, while white walls, spotlights integrated into the ceiling and light-coloured floors do the rest. This modern, summery base is partly combined with classic antique wooden furniture, creating an attractive mix of styles. On the ground floor is the living room, which is open to the cosy dining room. Here you will find not only two comfortable sofas, but also a romantic fireplace and, of course, the TV for an exciting romantic evening or two. The black and white, well-equipped kitchen, where you can also sit at a dining table. The four bedrooms, two of which have their own bathroom on the upper and ground floor, are all comfortably furnished. A total of four high-quality designer bathrooms round off the living space.

The villa is located in the popular coastal town of Cala d'Or in the south of Mallorca and is perfect for a beach holiday with the family, as it is not as crowded here as in the tourist strongholds popular with party-loving night owls. If you walk along the residential street, you can quickly reach the sea and look out over the luxurious marina with the Cala d'Or Yacht Club, for example: There are not only around 600 elegant boats to admire here, but also countless restaurants, bars and shops. If you want to explore the bays in the area without a car, simply hop on the mini-train, which takes holidaymakers from beach to beach at a leisurely pace. Speaking of the beach: you can easily reach it on foot, it is only 200 metres away. From here, you can easily do everything on foot: Villa Marga de Cala dOr, situated on a plot with a pool in one of the typical residential areas of Cala dOr, is the perfect holiday home without a hire car. The centre of the beautiful coastal town of Cala d'Or with its shops, restaurants, bars and cafés is just 200 m away and the sandy beach of Cala d'Or is only 200 m away.
