Do you love nature and beaches? Your favourite pool is the open sea? Then look no further, because with Villa del Mar you have found your ideal holiday home. The location of the finca in the middle of the Parc natural de Mondragó is simply priceless. Beautiful hiking trails through the park start right outside the finca's front door. The picture-postcard beach of Cala Mondragó is just a few metres away. You can spend a lovely day at the beach with all the amenities at the bay, which is surrounded by pine forests. There are restaurants and beach bars as well as showers, toilets, parasols and sunbeds. Cala Mondragó is the middle of the three beaches in the nature park. You can easily reach the neighbouring bay of S'Amarador on foot via a coastal path and Calo des Borgit through the pine forest. Whichever cove you choose, you will be one of the first visitors in the morning and one of the last in the evening. You can escape the hustle and bustle in between with a classic siesta on the beautiful garden terrace of your finca. Here you will find comfortable loungers and a large parasol. You can also enjoy your meals together in the shade of the covered, semi-circular terrace. Depending on the wind direction, the evening entertainment of a hotel complex at Cala Barca can be heard. The children's entertainment there can be perfectly integrated into your own evening family programme. On balmy summer evenings, the now deserted bays once again beckon. A moonlight swim in the sea or a bottle of wine on the beach are romantic options.

The villa has four bedrooms and is suitable for up to eight people and two babies. On the ground floor there is a large living and dining room, an open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms with two single beds each, a bedroom with a double bed and two bathrooms. A further double bedroom with single beds and a bathroom are located on the upper floor. From here you also have access to a spacious roof terrace, which is perfect for sunbathing. All rooms are brightly painted and functionally furnished. In the living room, you can relax on two cosy sofas or relax in one of the comfortable rocking chairs and read your holiday book. A large flat-screen TV on the wall ensures that nothing stands in the way of relaxing film evenings. In the cooler months, you can make yourself cosy and warm with the help of the fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster and also offers plenty of storage space. The bathrooms are functional and modern. You don't need to bring a hairdryer as there are two available.

If you decide to stay at Villa del Mar, you should be a beach and nature lover. You'll find plenty of both in the nature reserve and right on your doorstep. The beautiful bays of Cala Mondragó and Calo des Borgit are just a few minutes' walk through the pine forest. It is hardly any longer to S'Amarador beach via a coastal path. From here, the path leads around the Punta de ses Gatoves cape to the small rocky cove of Caló d'en Perdiu and on to Cape es Blanquer. The colourful backdrop of the fishing village of Cala Figuera is also not far away. In the late afternoon, the arrival and unloading of the fishing boats is a very special highlight. The nearby town of Santanyí is also colourful on Wednesdays and Saturdays, while Cala d'Or (7 km) is dominated by classic white and the flat, cubic shapes of Ibizan architecture. Surrounded by pine forests, Villa del Mar is located in the marvellous landscape of the Parc natural de Mondragó. The three bays of Cala Mondragó, S'Amarador and Calo des Borgit are all just a few minutes' walk away and are among the most beautiful beaches on the island. Cala d'Or is only 7 km away, where you will find numerous shops, supermarkets, good restaurants and bars.

The air conditioning in the accommodation is included in the price, but its use is limited to the time from 22:00 to 06:00. This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
