The path to the inviting, sunny villa with the melodious name Alga Marina is tranquil. The small and extremely exquisite summer house is located in the centre of the relaxed coastal town of Son Serra de Marina and offers the amenities of both the town and the beach. A pool is therefore definitely unnecessary - the sea is only 300 metres away. The rather urban character of the residence, which blends harmoniously into the surroundings, is characterised by its proximity to other well-kept detached houses, but this does not prevent you from enjoying pleasant privacy. In front of the house's veranda is a spacious terrace surrounded by a quarry stone wall. With its exquisite Mediterranean vegetation, including flowering hibiscus, it offers a particularly pleasant location for any traveller. You can take a siesta on the comfortable sun loungers or immerse yourself in your favourite book. The ensemble of wooden outdoor furniture offers an ideal spot for breakfast, but of course also a great place for a sundowner after dinner if you are not dining in one of the restaurants with Balearic and international specialities. The patio door leads directly into the interior of the uncomplicated villa. You can feel the pleasant sea breeze right into the house.

The living room with lounge corner in front of the TV and fireplace, which can be used on request, has been combined with a seating area consisting of rustic Mallorcan furniture. The large eat-in kitchen with integrated dining area is located in a separate room and is close to the terrace, so you benefit from short distances. In the fully equipped Cocina Mallorquina, choosing to cook for yourself is child's play: transforming sun-ripened vegetables and fruit bought at the markets in the surrounding villages into flavoursome dishes turns every meal into a delight. Terracotta tiles with wooden windows and doors and solid beams create a natural environment with a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. Subtle decorative items with Mallorcan flair, the use of cheerful, sunny colours and the pleasant size of the three bedrooms further emphasise the family-friendly design, in which up to three babies are very welcome. Shower or bathtub The choice is yours, as one of the two timeless bathrooms is equipped with a bathtub and the other with a shower. The small seaside resort of Son Serra de Marina is located on the eastern edge of the diverse bay of Alcúdia and borders the Llevant Mountain Nature Park. Long walks along the shimmering golden, somewhat coarser sandy beach in the neighbouring towns of Colonia de Sant Pere or Betlem are accompanied by the silhouettes of the gently rising rock formations of the Llevant Mountains. Hiking, walking, swimming, (kite) surfing - the family-friendly Villa Alga Marina also offers attractive options for sporty Mallorcans. This fabulous summer residence with the memorable name Alga Marina is located just 300 metres from the golden sandy beaches that characterise the bay of Alcúdia. You can explore the tranquil coastal town of Son Serra de Marina on foot and do your shopping along the way. At any time of day or night, you can enjoy a stroll along the beach and enjoy a refreshing drink or a snack in one of the cool bars or restaurants.
