Do you value a good range of shops and restaurants, but also enjoy walks or hikes through the countryside? Then we have just the thing for you: the pretty little Pla den Cosset townhouse fulfils and exceeds all your high expectations. The sandstone-coloured house with its turquoise shutters is located in the middle of the historic town of Capdepera with direct neighbours. All the amenities of the small town are within walking distance. As soon as you enter your second home and close the door behind you, you can retreat to your own piece of holiday paradise. The absolute eye-catcher outside is the pretty courtyard behind the house: from the covered terrace, which is furnished with a dining table and chairs as well as inviting furniture for relaxing and unwinding, you can gaze out over the pool glistening in the sun. In the heart of the city, you can refresh yourself in the cool water and enjoy a cocktail and a good book on one of the sun loungers. A huge palm tree, several other trees and well-tended flowerbeds exude a pleasant Mediterranean flair. On the top floor of Pla den Cosset there is a roof terrace with a small, functional outdoor kitchen. An inviting place to sit, eat and simply do nothing.

The interior of the villa is just as charming: thanks to the many windows and bright white-painted walls, it is wonderfully light. Additional elements such as door frames and shutters, built-in wardrobes and the partially exposed ceiling beams made of typical rustic wood give it a typically Mallorcan flair. However, not all the furniture is equally classic, with a successful mix of old and new, traditional and modern. With colourful paintings and decorative works of art that never cease to surprise. The ground floor has a large open-plan living and dining area. From the living room with its cosy sofa set and decorative fireplace, a charming archway leads directly into the dining room with its rustic wooden table. From here, it is only a few steps to the modern kitchen. Very practical for serving freshly prepared delicacies straight away. There are also three spacious bedrooms on the ground floor, furnished with great attention to detail, with large, cosy beds and two bathrooms with first-class fittings. The perfect retreat to close your eyes after a long day of sun, swimming and fresh air. Two further double bedrooms and a bathroom can be reached via a short staircase from the entrance area. Upstairs you will find a second living room, which not only impresses with its black and white floor tiles, but also has a cosy sitting area, coffee table and TV. You'll find it hard to decide: Watch TV downstairs or read a good book upstairs?

Your holiday home is in a dream location Capdepera in the east of Mallorca is one of the most beautiful villages on the island. The small town of Capdepera nestles picturesquely on the slopes of the 159 metre high Puig de Capdepera, on which the imposing Capdepera fortress from the 13th century is enthroned. The climb up the narrow staircase from the Plaza de Orient is definitely worth it: from the fortress, you can enjoy a breathtaking view over the extensive Mediterranean landscape. To explore the city, go shopping or try out one of the great restaurants, all you have to do is drive along the street directly in front of the house, which you will hear from time to time. Just let the city impress your senses. Here, natural stone houses adorned with flowers line narrow alleyways and the pedestrianised zone delights with a variety of shopping opportunities. Other attractive destinations can be reached quickly from Capdepera: the journey to the lively coastal town of Cala Ratjada with its beautiful harbour promenade only takes around 3 minutes. You can also spend a perfect day at the beach in Cala Mesquida, just 6.6 km away, with its fine sandy bay.
