The comfortable, approx. 46 square metre holiday apartment is located on the first floor of one of the five apartment buildings in the marina of the Bodden town of Ueckermünde. From the living room, bedroom and balcony you can enjoy the romantic view of the marina and the River Uecker. The beautiful bathing beach on the Szczecin Lagoon with sports, games and culinary delights is just a few minutes' walk away. The complex itself offers guests various services such as a central barbecue area (the harbour master's barbecue in the Fri/Sat season), bread roll service, bike or boat hire and a children's playground or football pitch. The holiday apartment can accommodate up to 3 people (an extra bed in the living room), has a hallway, living room (sofa bed, two armchairs, flat screen TV, radio/CD player) with dining area and open kitchen (electric). Cooker, fridge, microwave), bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower/WC. The apartment is centrally heated and can be used all year round. The windows are fitted with insect screens. The total price includes bed linen, towels, water and energy consumption, final cleaning and a welcome drink. The following must be paid on site: Tourist tax, fees for available services (bread roll service, breakfast, bicycle (8 EUR/day) or boat hire). For guests arriving by train, a transfer service is available, for guests arriving by car, a transfer service is available You will be picked up by the harbour master at the barrier of the lagoon city.

The up-and-coming seaside resort of Ueckermünde, the easternmost German harbour town on the Szczecin Lagoon, has a population of around 12,000 and has developed into a highly recommended holiday destination, with a picturesque old town with cafés, restaurants and shopping facilities as well as a marina on the River Uecker with boat hire and passenger boat services to Poland and the island of Usedom. The well-kept lido with spa gardens and promenade on the Szczecin Lagoon offers catering, beach chair hire and mini golf, while the well-developed network of cycling and hiking trails makes it easy to explore the wooded surroundings without a car. Anglers will find the best conditions, especially on the River Uecker.
