The garden level has an entrance with a game room with foosball and a TV corner to relax. A SMEG refrigerator and a freezer are also available. This space serves 3 bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: The "children's" bedroom is composed of a bunk bed with a lower bed in 140*200 and an upper bed in 90*200. Two small closets are located in this room.
- Room 2: room with two single beds in 90*200 with the possibility of bringing them together to form a bed in 180*200. The room is composed of a shower room, a toilet and a cupboard. Sea view.
- Room 3: room with two simple beds in 90*200 with possibility of bringing them closer to form a bed in 180*200. Cupboard. Sea view.
An independent shower room with toilet is available.
A gym with 2 yoga mats, 1 jump rope, 1 elliptical, weights, a weight bar and a television. The room has a sea view and has an outside access directly on the path leading to the beach.
A shower room adjoining the gym is available (toilet and washing machine).
On the first floor, you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea.
A living room - dining room with television overlooking the terrace and the pool.
A fully equipped kitchen with American fridge, toaster, mixer, microwave, oven, induction cooker, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee maker and a kettle.

EXTERIOR
The terrace is composed of a large outdoor table of 3m40 with two benches and a plancha.
There is also an outdoor lounge and 10 deckchairs available near the pool.
A parking space has been provided for easy parking on the first floor for stair-free access.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A deposit of 3500 € is required in case of damage committed by the tenant.

Tourist tax : the maximum amount of the tourist tax is 2.20 € per person and per day. This amount will be readjusted according to the number of confirmed persons staying in the accommodation in accordance with the rules in force.
ATTENTION: the villa is located in a private domain. Parties are not allowed. It is requested not to make noise after 10:30 pm in order to respect the neighbourhood.
