    “De ligging was mooi, maar het huisje was zeer slecht onderhouden, vies en vol gebreken. Wat er in de tekst staat klopt niet helemaal. Er was alleen een trekkerband met zand als speelobject. We hadden het idee, dat er nog van alles aan gedaan moest worden, af was het huisje zeker niet en ook niet schoon.
