Beautiful seafront apartment located in the Yacht Club, in a quality marine environment, overlooking the sea and the bay of Roses. Ideal for family holidays in L'Escala and Costa Brava.
Very well located at 150 meters from beach, it allows you to enjoy easily from the beaches of Cala Montgó, L'Escala and St. Martí d'Empúries.

Costabravaforrent Marina is located in a very quiet area in the fisherman village of L'Escala. Facing the lanscape of Rosas Bay, you will enjoy of beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
In front of the apartment is the Yacht Club of L'Escala where you can contract all kinds of water sports (light sailing courses, paddle surfing, canoeing, boating, etc.). There is also the diving company Orca Diving who will open the doors of the Mediterranean seabed.
There is no busy road at the bottom of the building.

Completely renovated, equipped and furnished two-storey apartment (2019), in the top floor, with exterior aspects and plenty of light and sun. The apartment size is 102 m² for up to 6 people. It consists of three double bedrooms, three complete bathrooms, large living room, dining room, open kitchen and a terrace. It offers WI-FI Internet and air conditioning in all the rooms.
