The houseboat is suitable for 2 people and is beautifully situated on the water with a view of the old town and the surrounding area. A large garden with wood-burning stove, sun loungers and privacy complete this place! Cast your fishing rod directly from the terrace or enjoy a good meal in the sun.

Winsum is a historic village with small streets, many stores and restaurants. In the neighboring village of Garnwerd there is an inviting sunbathing area with bathing water. From this vacation home you can visit the DoeZoo in Leens (10 km), Adventurepark Waddenfun in Wehe-den Hoorn (10 km), Seal Center Pieterburen (11 km), the bustling city of Groningen (14 km), the fishing village of Zoutkamp (19 km), the Lauwersmeer National Park (22 km) and the port of Lauwersoog (26 km). The ferry to the island of Schiermonnikoog departs from here. The island has been declared a national park and offers an impressive variety of landscapes and beautiful sandy beaches, which are among the widest sandy beaches in Europe.
