Casa Mary is located in the village of Castello di Brenzone just above the church, in a very quiet and panoramic position, surrounded by greenery, consists of n. 3 units, a studio on the ground floor, a two-room apartment on the first floor (No. 1) and another two-bedroom apartment (No. 2) on the second floor attic. The apartment No. 2 is a two-room apartment with a bedroom where we find a double bed and a single bed, a bathroom with shower, bidet, sink and toilet, a living room with a sofa bed for one and a half (suitable for two children ), table and chairs for 4 people, television, kitchenette with kitchen complete with fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle. Internet and air conditioning. From the kitchen window you can admire the lake with a beautiful panorama. On the first floor for the exclusive use of this apartment our guests can use a garden with table and chairs, sun umbrellas, deck chairs with lake view. On the ground floor there is a spacious garden with deck chairs and umbrellas, a terrace with tables and chairs, a barbecue area, available to all three apartments of the Mary house, all with a lake view. Parking space inside the property. The house is surrounded by greenery and a good starting point for many more or less demanding excursions.     “Liebe Frau Gudrum, Ich erinnere mich sehr gut an Dich und Deine Freundin; Sie haben sich nie über die Wohnung oder irgendetwas anderes beschwert und aus diesem Grund verstehe ich nicht, warum Sie eine so negative Bewertung abgegeben haben. Dies ist eine komische Bewertung. Eine solch negative Meinung und fehlende Motivation deuten auf einen Kunden mit unklaren Vorstellungen hin. Ich akzeptiere jedes Urteil, aber ich muss den Grund verstehen, wenn der Kunde nicht zufrieden ist. Zum Glück habe ich viele positive Bewertungen erhalten und bedanke mich bei den Kunden”

    “schöne und aufgeräumte Wohnung, sauber und ordentlich. der Kontakt vor Ort ist sehr herzlich. Reservierter Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Viele Italiener sprechen einige Brocken deutsch oder auch gut deutsch. Erwartungsgemäß ist das Ostufer von deutschsprachigen Touristen geprägt. Sehr ruhig und erholsam, allerdings ist die Kirche in unmittelbarer Nähe. :-) Mit dem wunderschönen Blick über den See nimmt man in Kauf, einige Höhenmeter zum See zurückzulegen. Die Dachschräge fanden wir nicht sonderlich einschränkend. Positiv: Der Blick über den See und zum Westufer ist einfach wunderschön. Die Klimaanlage verhalf uns zu angenehmen Nächten.”
