Only 5 minutes from the center and the blue sea of the Kvarner bay and yet in a quiet, surrounded by green nature location is this wonderful holiday home which was awarded 5 stars.
In June of the year 2019 wudre this beautiful holiday home NEW built and released for the first time. Everything in this object is completely new.
The house consists of a ground floor, the first floor and a purposefully planned outdoor area which leaves nothing to be desired.
The ground floor:
The ground floor with access to the pool area and terrace offers a bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a living / dining room and a very well equipped kitchen. From the living room you have access to the front terrace which is covered. From the kitchen you have the opportunity to enter the second terrace which is located next to the house.
1. floor:
About an internal staircase which begins at the entrance of the ground floor and ends in the hallway of the first floor, one arrives at three further stylishly furnished bedrooms, each with its own bathroom.
Three out of four bedrooms of the house have a view of the pool area.
The outdoor area:
Here are two terraces, a 100 m² parking space for up to 4 vehicles, a 200 m² garden and a beautiful, 100 m² pool area with a 24 m² swimming pool. The covered terrace to the pool side is 12 m² and the side terrace 22 m². The side terrace is equipped with table and chairs for 8 people, a barbecue and a small Waschbechen.
Next to the swimming pool are 8 sun loungers and a large parasol.
