Frazione San Massimo is a residential area of luxury second homes, situated in the frame of Monte di Portofino on the side that connects Rapallo.
It is also an excellent starting point for walks to Santa Margherita, Camogli and Portofino.

ARRIVAL
Arrival at the flat for the agreed day is between 14:00 and 22:00. The property is not responsible for inconveniences caused by arrivals earlier or later than the above mentioned time.

In the event of a delay not promptly notified to the accompanying person, the latter will be authorised to wait for the client no more than 30 minutes after the agreed time. After the 30 minutes, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact.

In the event of non-arrival on the appointed day, the flat will only be kept available until 07:00 the following day.

CHECK IN

the check-in service includes :
-meeting and welcoming of guests at the established place and time and transfer to the flat;
-demonstration of the place where the lifesaver is located, to let the guest know what to do in case of a black-out;
-visit of the flat and explanation of the operation of household appliances; in particular the washing machine and dishwasher must be used separately and only when in the flat;
-please do not touch any of the boiler buttons in order to avoid unpleasant consequences due to incorrect use;
-please hand over the set of keys to the flat, up to a maximum of three copies.

CHECK OUT

check-out must take place by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
-Keys to the flat must be left on the kitchen table or in another clearly visible place and the escort or housekeeper will be responsible for returning them to the property.
-Dishes, pots, glasses and all crockery must have been thoroughly washed and placed in the appropriate cupboards and drawers. The dishwasher must be left empty.
-The refrigerator must be emptied of food and in particular perishables.
-All rubbish must be removed by the host.
-Any items or furniture that are moved must be put away as they were originally, upon check-in.
-Any additional blankets or duvets left for guests' use inside the wardrobes must be folded and put back in place upon departure.
-At the time of departure, the thermostat must be left on 10 degrees in winter and the air conditioning turned off in summer.

Should guests fail to comply with the above conditions, they will be charged a penalty fee.

In the event that the guest is responsible during the night (after 11pm) for disturbing other tenants in the building, or otherwise behaves in a manner contrary to normal civilised rules, or in the event of non-compliance with the condominium regulations, the property shall have the right to immediately remove the guest from the flat without the right to any refund.
