From the living room you have access to a covered terrace with patio heating for the cool summer evenings. Large natural plot with natural terrain difference and planting, a natural swing, trampoline and hammock with which the children can entertain themselves. The grass is mowed on a limited basis and only right by the house.
There is also a 22-inch HD screen with VGA and DVI connections/lines and mouse and keyboard so you can work in the house. There are TV channels, including ZDF and a Swedish channel (SVT1) and a Norwegian channel (NRK1).

By car you can reach the beautiful child-friendly beach in 5 minutes. You can also drive to Mols-Bjerge National Park, where long walks are worthwhile. Djursland is an oasis for the whole family, ideal for vacations all year round. Everything your heart desires in terms of activities, nature experiences, attractions and sights can be found within a short distance, and for the children a visit to the unforgettable Djurs Sommerland is great fun. Experience the cozy environment of the shopping center in Ebeltoft, where you will find small specialty stores and good restaurants in the pedestrian zone. At the end of the pedestrian zone is the beautiful old town hall.
