Lovingly furnished, spacious vacation apartment on the edge of the Sauerland, about 8 kilometers from the recreation area Möhnesee. The apartment is the ideal starting point for trips to the Sauerland, Münsterland and Weserbergland but also the Ruhr area is within easy reach. Scenically you are here in a beautiful environment.

The 100 sqm vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential area with its own parking space. There are two separate bedrooms with modern double beds, in the second bedroom there is an additional single bed.

On the spacious terrace with garden furniture and electric grill you can enjoy joint barbecue evenings.
Own bicycles or motorcycles can be stored in an existing carport.

The apartment is accessible via a separate entrance and goes over 2 floors. The bathroom /WC is located on the second floor.

In just under 10 minutes by car you can reach the historic cities of Soest, Arnsberg, Werl and Neheim.
The apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes and bike tours along the Ruhr, the Möhnesee and the Soester Börde.

At a distance of about 800 meters there is a shopping center with bakeries, discounters and other shopping facilities.

Throughout the year there are interesting events around the Möhne lake and in the surrounding area, e.g. bicycle festivals, lake festivals or town festivals, Warsteiner Montgolfiade (hot air balloon), farmers' markets, night swimming in the salt works and guided tours of the town.

Not to forget the Soest All Saints' Fair in November. For this please book early! The surroundings of the Möhne Lake is a recreation and vacation area which offers a very personal development opportunity for almost every sportsman and vacationer.
