This cozy apartment is located in a quiet residential street and only 400 meters from one of the many beautiful sandy beaches.

Portopetro is a small, cozy, former fishing village with lots of charm, good and cozy bars, cafes and restaurants. The beautiful bays Cala Mondrago and Cala Barca are only 7 - 10 minutes away by car. Also the well known and popular village Santanyi and the noble marina Cala d'Or. From the first floor you have direct garden access and you have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms a large, fully equipped kitchen, salon with dining area and TV corner and a covered terrace.

Groups with participants under 30 years on request and with special deposit. Air conditioning hot/cold in all bedrooms. General electricity included - electricity for the air conditioners exclusive and according to consumption.

    “Wir waren mit 11 Personen im Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Bilder sind schon etwas älter und werden dem wirklichen Zusatand nicht ganz gerecht. Wir waren angenehm überrascht über die Gestaltung der Zimmer. Auch der Außenbereich ist sehr schön gestalltet und der Pool tiefer als man denkt. Die Ausstattung der Küchen lässt ein bisschen zu wünschen übrig. Der Preis ist glaub ich angemessen und fair. Die 400 m bis zum Strand sind auch richtig. Es gibt dort zwei kleinere Badebuchten, welche beide schön waren, welche aber in der Hauptzeit bestimmt voll sind. Wärend unserem Aufenthalt war die Umgebung noch sehr ruhig (waren bis zum letzte Tag die einzigsten Urlauber in der Ecke), was sehr angenehm war. Der Fußweg zum schönen kleinen Ort Porto Petro geht an den Stränden vorbei (Gehzeit ca. 30 min ohne kleine Kinder) und direkt am Meer entlag. Ist ein schöner Spaziergang aber nicht kinderwagengerecht. Würden gerne wieder kommen!”
