The interior of this 200m² house is a sanctuary of style and comfort, with 3 double bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with two single beds, all with en-suite bathrooms. The fully equipped modern kitchen meets all your culinary needs, while the heating/cooling pump ensures a pleasant climate throughout the year. The private parking space within the property offers room for two medium-sized cars, providing you with maximum convenience.

*This property is located in a residential area, which is why we only accept families or groups of responsible people who desire tranquility, young groups will not be accepted.
Rules:
- Smoking is prohibited inside the property. If you wish to smoke, you can do so outside and make sure not to leave cigarette butts on the ground.
- Keep the order and cleanliness at all times.
- You will be responsible for the waste generated during your stay. Please separate the waste into the corresponding containers and place it in the designated area.
- Use the air conditioning and/or heating responsibly. Turn it off when you are not at home or when it is not necessary. Also, make sure to close the windows and doors so that the cold or hot air does not escape.
- Parties or events are not allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
