This charming first floor apartment is located in the villa of the landlords. From the terrace you have a beautiful view of the peaceful mountains around the town of Coti Chiavari. To the rear you have an exceptional view of the sea and the bay of Ajaccio. Strategically located to benefit from the Mare a Mare hiking trail that starts from the beautiful beach of Cupabia. You will stay only 6 km from the paradisiacal beach Plage d'Argent, which extends to the very south of the bay of Ajaccio. It is also only a few minutes by car to Porticcio. This small seaside resort attracts with great restaurants and tourist offers, such as boat trips to Bonifaccio or to the beautiful rocky bays of Piana. Bedroom 2 is accessible from bedroom 1, but can also be reached from the outside through a French door. Can be booked together with FKO215.

    “Das Ferienhaus liegt hoch auf einem Berg, Anfahrt ist sehr schwierig, es gibt drei Strassen, von denen nur eine echt gut zu fahren ist. Die anderen sind sehr schmal und sehr kurvig. Die Ausstattung ist minimal, Geschirr nur notduerftig ausgestattet (zB kein groesserer Kochtopf fuer 4 Personen fuer Nudeln oder Reis ), kein Radio, TV oder Internet. Die Betten sind gut, Raeume recht kuehl, Terrasse schoen. Leider sehr viele Insekten! Die Dusche laeuft mit Durchlauferhitzer, das Gas ging aus, aber der Vermieter brachte direkt eine neue Gasflasche.
