This extremely comfortable holiday home is located in the picturesque little village of Liganj, above Lovran, on the Uka hillsides. Relax in the peaceful neighbourhood and enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the rural surroundings from the terraces. The cosy holiday home consists of two floors connected by external stairs. While there is a tavern and a covered terrace on the ground floor, the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen-living room and another terrace with a traditional well are located on the upper floor. The holiday home also stands on a common plot of land, which is shared with the owner and the holiday properties CKO636, CKO637 and CKO925. Discover the Opatija Riviera, which is full of beautiful nature, parks, seafront promenades, beaches, bars and restaurants. Seasonal vegetables and fruits are available from the owner's garden. Far away from the hustle and bustle of the city, you will enjoy the seclusion here to the fullest.
