Serene Holiday Home in Juelsminde with Barbecue

Holiday home in Juelsminde, not far from the beach, good shopping and a cozy harbor environment. The cottage is well maintained and well utilized. With the annex, the cottage is well suited for six people, and the garden is both for play, games and sunbathing. There is also a garden room, from which you can enjoy the cool evening hours with the grill right outside the door. Not for rent to youth groups.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

    “Wir haben dieses Haus als dreiköpfige Familie für 2 Wochen bewohnt. Die Lage ist wirklich super, bis zum Strand sind es ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß. Juelsminde ist auch ein schöner Urlaubsort, es gibt genug Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und am Hafen gibt es frischen Fisch.

    Zum Haus selber:
    Im Haus gibt es zwei Schlafzimmer mit insgesamt 6 Schlafplätzen. In dem einen Schlafzimmer steht ein Doppelbett (Boxspringbett) und in dem anderen stehen zwei Einzelbetten und ein Hochbett. Es gibt eine offene Küche im Esszimmer und ein Wohnzimmer mit Kamin. Außerdem gibt es einen Wintergarten und im Garten steht noch ein Häuschen mit zwei weiteren Einzelbetten.
    Das Bad ist eher klein, aber funktional mit einer großzügigen Dusche, WC, Waschbecken und Waschmaschine.
    Es stehen sowohl ein Holzkohle-Grill als auch ein Gasgrill zur Verfügung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, es gibt reichlich Töpfe, Pfannen, Schüsseln und Besteck.
    Der Garten zum Haus ist wirklich groß, da bleiben keine Wünsche offen.

    Wir haben uns bis auf zwei negative Punkte in dem Haus wirklich wohl gefühlt. Zum einen war das Haus eher schmutzig, als wir ankamen. Den Boden mussten wir erst saugen, in der Dusche befanden sich Sandberge und alles in der Küche war klebrig. Wir hatten eigentlich die Endreinigung gebucht, aber nachdem wir das Haus bei Ankunft grundreinigen mussten, haben wir auch die Endreinigung selbst erledigt. Das Haus war bei unserer Abreise wesentlich sauberer als bei unserer Ankunft.
    Zum anderen ist der Wassertank für Warmwasser nicht besonders groß. Wir waren zwei Erwachsene, wir beide duschen morgens. Leider ist das in dem Haus nur mit einem zeitlichen Abstand von einer Stunde möglich, da das Warmwasser nichts ausreicht. Wenn der erste warm geduscht hat, hat der zweite erst einmal nur kaltes Wasser. Es war sogar ein Mitarbeiter von DanCenter da, der aber gesagt hat, dass das so normal ist. Wenn mehr als zwei Personen morgens duschen wollen, kommt man erstmal nicht aus dem Haus.”
