Cosy Swedish country house with big garden

The typical Swedish, red and white holiday house borders on a forest pond and is quietly situated on a little forest road among fruit trees and meadows.

This recently renovated holiday house has three bedrooms, one with a double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, the second with a double bed measuring 160 x 200cm and a balcony, and one with a single bed (90 x 200cm) and a single bed (80 x 200cm) in the loft. A free supplementary bed can also be reserved. The comfortably furnished living and dining room has a Swedish sofa and three rocking chairs, satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is completely newly equipped with everything you need: stove, oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. There is also a bathroom with a bath, toilet and washbasin, and another bathroom with a toilet and washbasin, as well as an additional shower cubicle in the laundry room with a washing machine. All the rooms are fitted with electric radiators.

The big garden awaits you with a campfire area with a grill above it, and a functioning smoking oven for your freshly caught fish. The site also includes an annex, a garden gazebo and two parking spaces in a garage and a car port. The site is surrounded by a knee-high wooden fence. You should keep an eye on your dog if it is running around.

The nearest lake is just a 900-metre walk away. You can go swimming, rowing and fishing, or simply enjoy the wonderful nature. About 4km away, in Mörlunda, there is an everyday grocery shop, as well as a swimming lake with a beach. The River Emån is just 2km from the house and is suitable for canoeing tours and fishing.

    “Traumhaft schön ☺️
    Die Buchung war sehr unkompliziert. Die Vermieter sind unglaublich nett und standen bei Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung.
    Insgesamt waren wir mit 5 Personen dort.

    Wir wurden mit einem tollen Begrüßungskörbchen willkommen geheißen. In einer Infomappe wurden zahlreiche Informationen zum Haus, der Umgebung und den Freizeitaktivitäten bereitgestellt.
    Das Ferienhaus ist wahnsinnig schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ebenso der riesige Garten & alles was dazu gehört.

    Leider waren wir nur 1 Woche in unserem "neuen Zuhause", aber diese knapp 8 Tage waren einfach mehr als schön.
    8 Tage voller Freude, Neugierde und Begeisterung. Wir konnten den Tag mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstück auf der großen Terrasse beginnen und ihn abends am Lagerfeuer ausklingen lassen...”

    “Wir waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern im August 2017 für eine Woche in diesem Haus, das wir nur empfehlen können! Es ist mit viel Liebe eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man brauchen könnte, sehr sauber und liegt absolut ruhig. Auf dem großen Grundstück findet man immer ein sonniges Plätzchen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt zum Einkaufen und die nächsten Seen sind nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
    Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit und auch jederzeit gut erreichbar.”

    “Es ist ein mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtetes Haus. Man fühlt sich direkt heimisch und kann den Urlaub ab der ersten Minute genießen. Es ist als wenn man ein Haus von guten Freunden übernimmt und nicht ein "typisches" Ferienhaus. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Einrichtung war komplett und es fehlte an nichts. Der Grill, die Feuerstelle und der Hot Tube laden dazu ein die Abende gemütlich ausklingen zu lassen.”
