Studio in Cagliari, opposite the Parco Monte Claro
The studio is on the sixth floor of an elegant apartment building with a lift, opposite the entrance to Parco di Monte Claro, about 50 metres away, one of the major park areas of the town.
The studio of around 43m2 was renovated in 2011. It consists of a big room with a sleeping area with a double bed (160 x 190cm), separated off by a partially sliding wooden wall. The living room area provides a dining table, a sitting area with a TV and a kitchen unit. There is also a bathroom with a shower cubicle and an adjoining area with a washbasin. The apartment has air conditioning (cool/warm) and Internet access. A cot and a highchair are available on request.
In front of the studio there is a terrace of around 100m² with a table and chairs. Cars can be parked on the street in front of the house.
You can go for a walk in the park near the apartment or along Viale Buoncamino (as far as the Roman amphitheatre and the Castello district), or Viale Terrapieno (to the bastion). Several bus lines connect the apartment with Via Roma and the Castello and Marina districts, as well as the Parco di Monte Urpinu. Poetto beach is ten minutes away by car or bus. The opera house and the fish market are also accessible by bus or on foot. There are shops and restaurants near the apartment.
