The house is in Lütow, on the idyllic Gnitz peninsula, right by the Achterwasser. On this peninsula on the island of Usedom you can still find a natural animal and plant paradise with lovely walking trails, a beach for swimming and places to go fishing. In the north-western part of the island of Usedom there is the Baltic Sea town of Zinnowitz, the largest and most traditional seaside town, just 6km from Lütow. The island is known for its charming contrasts, with forests and a lake. The varied landscape, with beech, oak and coniferous forests along the coast, as well as the moors and the meadows towards the Achterwasser, give the island its charm.
The terrace with garden furniture invites you to have breakfast outdoors or to end the evening there with a glass of wine.
The apartment is newly built and has a living room-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom on the ground floor, totalling 40m² of living space. It has a combined living room and kitchen with a cosy sofa corner.
