Bienvenue dans notre Tropical Duplex climatisé à Frontignan-Plage, entre Sète et Montpellier!

Niché au 1er étage d'1 résidence sécurisée avec piscine, à 150m de la plage, nous avons rénové notre Tropical Duplex à notre image pour vous faire partager notre univers!
Côté sud, face à la mer, vous profiterez d'une jolie terrasse couverte.
Coté nord, la vue sur l'étang d'Ingril et ses flamants roses vous ravira!

LE TROPICAL DUPLEX:
Au RDC:
Un séjour climatisé avec cuisine équipée, canapé convertible 2P (matelas Simmons en 140x200) et 2 lits superposés (90x190 matelas de 15cm).
Grande terrasse couverte plein sud, avec petites vues mer, sans vis-à-vis.
À l’étage:
Grande chambre parentale climatisée (lit 140x200) avec une vue splendide sur l’Etang d’Ingril et ses colonies de flamants roses.
Une sdb avec une douche en 90x90 et 1 WC séparé.

ETE: RESERVATIONS DU DIMANCHE AU DIMANCHE (7 nuits minimums)

Arrivée autonome (boîte à clefs) à partir de 15h.
Départ à 10h.
État des lieux à faire ensemble avant votre départ.

Grande piscine sécurisée réservée aux résidents ouverte du 15/06 au 15/09.
Piscine surveillée par un maître nageur sauveteur en juillet et août.
Accès privatif à la plage (à 150m) via un portillon à digicode.

Nos amis les animaux de compagnie ne sont pas admis.
Logement strictement non fumeur.
