Living area
The luxurious 3.5 room flat (approx. 90 m2) has a large, comfortable and tastefully furnished living room, which is flooded with light through the panoramic windows. The living room and bedroom have direct access to the large balcony, from which you can enjoy a unique view of the lake and mountains.

The master bedroom has a comfortable double bed of a high standard (180 x 200 cm).
The second bedroom has 2 separate high-quality beds that can be put together if required.
When you wake up in the morning, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake directly from your bed in both bedrooms.

The designer kitchen is equipped with the latest technology, including a dishwasher.

The spacious bathroom has a bathtub and is fitted with a large wall mirror. The bathroom has a window with a beautiful view of the palm garden.

Our guests can rent a parking space directly in front of the 2-storey building on a small romantic private road (very little traffic).

Facilities: The flat has a flat screen TV with cable connection, high speed wireless internet access and access to a fully equipped laundry room.

The neighbourhood:
This unique newly renovated luxury flat is located in the exclusive district of Lugano-Castagnola, about 1km from Villa Favorita (former exhibition venue of the famous Thyssen-Bornemisza art collection). It is located at the foot of Monte Bré, "the sunniest mountain in Switzerland", 50 metres from Lake Lugano, with a magnificent panoramic view of the lake and the majestic Mount San Salvatore. It is located at the beginning of the well-known idyllic footpath along the lakeshore to Gandria, a picturesque and historic border village to Italy (3km; 30min walk), past the beautiful and well-kept lido "San Domenico" (10min walk) and some romantic restaurants directly on the lakeshore, which are ideal for a nice dinner for two.

The centre of Lugano is approx. 3 km away, the bus stop (400 m, bus every 10 minutes); furthermore, the landing stage for the scheduled boats is only 100 m away, ideal for round trips on Lake Lugano, on which you can visit countless picturesque villages (such as Morcote, Melide, Caprino, Bissone, Porlezza/Italy, etc) and also get to the casino in Campione d'Italia. The famous Lago di Como can be reached in just 30 minutes by car, and other beautiful tourist places such as Bellaggio, Menaggio, Como, etc. can be visited on the Italian shores of Lake Como.
