If you have come to the idea of spending the vacation relaxing and admiring a typical Tuscan 'Valley of Eden', the three Zafferano apartments are your paradise in Tuscany! The accommodations are furnished in Tuscan style and are located in a beautifully restored antique building. Each accommodation has its own outdoor area equipped for al fresco dining and where you can enjoy a glass of the excellent Vernaccia di San Gimignano. This beautiful city, famous all over the world for its medieval towers, whose walls and one of its ancient gates are just a stone's throw from the property, can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. Stroll through the main streets of the beautiful old town with its numerous stores, restaurants, bars and wine bars. You will feel like you are in a charming and timeless place! In addition to the private outdoor areas of each apartment, there is another panoramic green area with garden furniture dedicated to all guests. Reserved parking space for each apartment on the property. Small laundry with shared washing machine. Accommodation ITN418 has an area equipped with a gazebo in front of the living room, while apartments ITN416 and ITN417 have a green area in an elevated position, a few meters away and equipped with its own gazebo. From this charming place you can quickly reach the beautiful cities of Tuscany: Siena (37 km), Volterra (30 km), but also Florence (50 km). Golf lovers have the opportunity to visit a nearby international golf club (22km).

    “Kaffeemaschine und Toaster fehlen. Es könnte auch etwas mehr Geschirr und Schüsseln vorhanden sein. Die Dusche ist sehr sehr klein und es fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten. Geschlafen haben wir nicht sehr gut, da es nur eine durchgehende Martraze gibt. Wir hatten die Wohnung Nr.1 und wurden morgens schon rechtzeitig durch einen Papageien geweckt, der sich in der oberen Wohnung lautstark bemerkbar machte. Von der oberen Wohnung waren die Schritte der Bewohner sehr gut zu hören. Tolle Lage und toller Ausblick. Parkmöglichkeiten an der Wohnung. Zum Relaxen gibt es Liegen auf einer kleinen Wiese mit super Panorama. Wir können die Wohnung weiter empfehlen, trotz der oben aufgeführten Mängel.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, und geräumig. Sie liegt etwas abseits vom Trasimenoschen See. Es ist dort sehr ruhig. Die jungen Vermieter (ökologische Landwirtschaft) sind sehr freundlich und bemüht dort ein gemütliches Feriendomizil zu schaffen. Einziges Manko waren die Stechmücken und Bremsen, die häufig auftraten. Das kann zu einer anderen Jahreszeit oder in einem anderen Jahr wieder ganz anders sein.”

    “Die Lage der Wohnung ist unserer Meinung nach perfekt, da es recht ruhig liegt, man aber in 3-5 min im Kern von San Gimignano ist. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants o.ä. sind prima zu Fuß zu erreichen.
    Der Zustand und die Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein. Die ganze Wohnung ist für 2 Personen ideal.
    Unverbauter Blick in Richtung Elsa Tal. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sind einfach OK.”

    “Die Wohnung war in einem einwandfreien Zustand, sehr sauber und super gelegen - wenn man das Gründstück verlässt, ist man im Ort und hat doch auf der Terasse oder der Liegewiese Ruhe! Ideal, um am Abend zu Fuß in den Ort zu gehen, man ist sofort da!
    Der Supermarkt um die Ecke könnte nicht besser gelegen sein.”
