Abbiamo acquistato di recente l'appartamento e lo ammoderneremo quest'inverno. Al momento è in condizioni funzionali e molto ordinate e pulite. Non manca nulla : -).
Herzlich Willkommen in unserem schönen kleinen Panorama Apartment. Eingebettet in einem idyllischen Ambiente und mit dem herrlichsten Blick auf den Lago Maggiore bis hin nach Italien verfügt die Wohnung über alles, was ihr zu einem angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Verbrauchsartikel, voll ausgestattete Küche, jedoch aus Platzgründen kein Geschirrspüler.
Die Ausrichtung des Gebäudes ist gegen (Süd)-Westen. Die frühere Morgen Sonne könnt ihr aber im Garten auf verschiedenen Sitzplätzen beim Frühstücken genießen. Eine zusätzliche Sonnenmarkise auf dem Balkon schützt den Innenraum vor Erwärmung im Sommer.
Wir haben das Apartment kürzlich erworben und deshalb noch keine Modernisierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Wir haben die Wohnung in einem außerordentlich gepflegten Zustand übernommen und sie ist voll ausgestattet. Wer an einem Sonntag anreist, muss nicht verhungern oder verdursten. Es ist das Nötigste da. ?. Alle Verbrauchs- und Putzmittel stehen bereit. Wir bitten aber um entsprechenden Ersatz, wenn sich ein Artikel dem Ende neigt. Putzlappen /Klopapier bitten wir immer zu ersetzen.
Ein fixer WLAN Anschluss ist in Planung.
Hunde sind aus hygienischen Gründen leider nicht gestattet.
