Conveniently, there is also access to a balcony from here; at the same time, a pretty wooden door leads from this room into the hallway. The sleeping areas also lead off from here in two directions: two relaxation rooms and a total of two bathrooms, one of which is en suite. In terms of accessibility, this holiday home on Mallorca is simply perfect: restaurants, bars, shops and the beaches of Platja de Port de Pollença and Albercutx are all within walking distance. The neighbouring road provides excellent connections to various destinations. On Sunday mornings, it is worth visiting the weekly market in Pollença (approx. 7 km).
