When you see Villa Es Pinar, it's hard not to be amazed. The magnificent manor house style is full of highlights, as the generously designed outdoor area already announces: Here you have the choice between chilling out by the large pool below the house or on one of the large panoramic terraces, which are furnished with high-quality outdoor furniture. There is a particularly cosy spot on one side of the house: a covered summer kitchen with great barbecue equipment makes it easy to decide whether to get back in the car and go out for dinner or not. You'll see: Delicious barbecues in the open air will be an unforgettable holiday highlight for your taste buds. During the day, all travellers have the opportunity to find their favourite spot on this extensive estate. A hot favourite might be the large balcony on the first floor, whose railings entwined with flowers are the icing on the cake of a magnificent view that you can enjoy from this aerie over the vastness of the sea. If you like painting, don't forget to bring your easel! Various trees contribute to the diversity of the flora, so you can spend much of your holiday in the sun in this beautiful spot. If the orange trees bear fruit during your stay at the villa, be sure to try them! Even uncut, they exude a wonderfully intense fragrance incomparable to anything you'll find in a British supermarket and are delicious on their own or as freshly squeezed juice.

The interior also contributes to your perfect holiday. And because it is, your doubts will all be forgotten as soon as you enter the villa from the back of the house. A large foyer leading into two living areas emphasises the generous character that the architect has given to each part of the villa. Both living areas have stylish furniture, as in a stylish manor house, a separate television with a cosy sofa area, a separate fireplace and a large table with seating. The foyer also leads into a separate sleeping area with a large double bedroom equipped with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. There are two further bedrooms in this area which have a shared bathroom. This means that all travellers can be accommodated in style in a bright, airy environment that conveys an atmosphere of liveliness and well-being thanks to the high ceilings and carefully designed lighting. A special comfort: two of the hotel's bathrooms even have a bathtub! The foyer leads to the lower floor with another large bedroom and a small living and dining area with an open-plan, well-equipped kitchenette. For more elaborate meals, there is also a perfectly equipped kitchen in one of the living areas, which offers more than the usual convenience with a juicer, toaster, microwave, Italian coffee machine and other extras. Directly adjacent is an additional toilet for visitors. The magnificent architecture allows for plenty of privacy, which is why we also recommend this villa for two families.

If you are looking for a villa that is not too far from beautiful wide beach promenades with bars, restaurants and shops, perhaps to enjoy breakfast by the sea, have an afternoon coffee or enjoy good food in the evening, then Es Pinar could be the perfect choice for you. This villa, located just a few hundred metres above the centre of the coastal town of Cala Millor (towards the coastal town of Son Servera), offers the ideal starting point with its special location. For shopping, take a trip to the town of Manacor (20 km), where numerous shops, restaurants and discos are waiting to be discovered. Things are quieter in the small town of Artà (14.5 km), whose picturesque pedestrianised zone attracts walkers in particular. Places such as Son Servera (2.6 km), Costa dels Pins (5.4 km) or Sa Coma (also 5.4 km) are also just a stone's throw away.

Villa Es Pinar is a huge and stately property, situated above the bay of Son Serverea and Cala Millor. The property boasts magnificent 180-degree sea views, two huge panoramic terraces and a well-tended garden area. In the neighbouring coastal town of Son Servera you will find a large, well-stocked supermarket for your daily shopping. If you want to stroll along the seafront, it is worth visiting the lively beach promenade of Cala Millor. Here there is a long line of restaurants and bars that are open all day and offer delicious (and Mallorcan) dishes. Cala de Mallorca is within easy reach and many quiet beaches await you.
