This beautiful holiday home consists of three accommodation units, each on its own floor.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with access to two terraces and a garden, kitchen with dining area and one of the air-conditioned bedrooms and bathrooms.

Internal stairs lead to the first floor of the villa where there are wild air-conditioned bedrooms with balcony, and one bathroom, equipped kitchen with dining area and living room.

On the second floor of the house, in the attic, there is another charming small unit with a bedroom with exit to the balcony, equipped kitchen, dining room, bathroom and small living room.

The villa has all the comfort expected for a holiday, and the covered terrace is ideal for relaxing in the shade. This villa in Pula offers free parking and WiFi and provides all the amenities for a relaxing holiday in a pleasant environment.

The very personal and varied decoration makes us travel around the world and gives this house a special character.

The villa is less than 2 km from the first beaches in Pula, where you can find interesting attractions for adults and children (aqua park and playgrounds), but also wild beaches where you can enjoy the sun and swimming.

The center of Pula and its amphitheater are only 4 km away, which also offers the opportunity to discover the beautiful history of this ancient Roman colony.

The villa is oriented to families with children and groups for larger groups, up to 10 people and offers you everything you need for a carefree and pleasant holiday. There is enough space for several families or groups of friends who want to spend their vacation together while maintaining their privacy

The villa is not intended as a party house and it is necessary to adhere to house rules and regulations that do not allow disturbing public order.
