Inside the apartment is modern, stylish and newly decorated to provide a further enhanced holiday experience. In addition, being located in a corner plot, allows the apartment to be full of natural light all day providing a great sense of space and freedom. There are 2 bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a spacious lounge with fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa. The family bathroom features a bathtub with shower over. For the comfort of our guests, the whole apartment is air-conditioned (at set times, between 8pm-8am and 2pm-4pm).
Big patio doors lead out to the front terrace, providing breathtaking views over the sandy beach, the promenade and the bay of Pollensa. A flight of steps lead up also to the rooftop terrace, a private area enjoying the most sensational views and a lot of additional space. For the comfort of our guests, even if a car is not necessary at this property, private parking (gated) is available on the premises free of charge.
